1. Deadline for Returns:

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date we receive your order. After this time, we will not be able to process returns.

2. Return Conditions:

- Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, including all items in the set (candle, box of wax melts and air freshener).

- The product must not have been opened, altered or damaged in any way.

- The purchase receipt or proof of payment must be presented to process the return.

3. Return Process:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email (velaris.made.with.starlight@gmai.com) or by phone 938632819 including your order number.

- After approval, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

- The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of error on Velaris' part (for example, sending the wrong or defective product).

5. Refunds:

- After receiving and checking the condition of the returned product, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. The refund processing time may vary, but usually occurs within 30 min to 3 business days after the return is received.

6. Exceptions:

-We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used (such as used candles and air fresheners).
